3.The FG series Boiling Fluid Bed Drye has many fuctions.such as mixing,granulating etc.and used for fast dry & wet mixing, homogenizing,humidifying and granulating of the powder.

Working principle:

1.La sécheuse à lit fluidisé bouillonnant de la série FG est composée d'une machine principale (processeur), d'une unité de traitement d'air (CTA), de systèmes de chauffage et de contrôle. Lors du fonctionnement, chargez les matériaux dans le bol, réglez la procédure et les paramètres en fonction des exigences du processus
2. Démarrez le processeur L'air d'admission est filtré par l'unité de traitement d'air (AHU) et chauffé par le système de chauffage

3.L'air traité entre dans le processeur pour faire exploser les matériaux en condition de fluidisation. Les matériaux sont rapidement séchés et l'humidité se vaporise rapidement.

4.Lorsque l'opération est terminée; Sortez le bol pour verrouiller avec pharma Lifter pour FBD / FBG bol pour soulever et décharger les granules produits.

5.Pendant tout le processus, la poussière de poudre et la pollution croisée sont efficacement contrôlées.
